Zulfi Alam, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain my options without rushing me. The procedure itself was completely pain-free, and I am thrilled with the results. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Z. Alam for more than 5 years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.Dr. Alam is polite, friendly, and most importantly, extremely professional. He always takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we fully understand our treatment options.Before seeing him, I visited a dentist near where we live who told me I needed to have my crown redone. When I asked if it was truly necessary, she hesitantly admitted it wasn’t — which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.In contrast, on my very first visit with Dr. Alam, he carefully examined my crown and explained that while it might need to be redone in the future, it wasn’t necessary at that time and simply needed monitoring. It has now been over 5 years, and his advice was absolutely right.Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Alam has never pressured me into unnecessary treatment. He gives honest, genuine, and professional advice — exactly what a good dentist is supposed to do.5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a new patient at castle bromwich dental care, I have been seen by Dr Ella Bettinson for 4 appointments and at each appointment she was amazing. I even felt comfortable during tooth extractions compared to my previous dentist. Highly recommend 🙂

After losing trust in my dentist, I had my first appointment at this practice and was treated with care and kindness. I am a reluctant and nervous patient after some traumatising treatment historically. I am happy to have put my trust in Castle Bromwich Dental Care. They listened and understood so I was able to start my treatment.

Dr Zulfikar, is an outstanding Dr, im a nervous patient, but he has always been kind and considerate to my needs, if I feel any pain he stops immediately until I'm ready to proceed. He talks to you as a person and explains what needs to be done in terms you understand 💯 just hope he never leaves. Would definitely recommend this practice. The receptionists are kind and welcoming also.

Receptionist was polite and welcoming. The Dentist and his assistant were friendly and made me feel at ease. The Dentist thoroughly explained to me the issues with my teeth and the likely problems I would experience without treatment. I was given good advice and the decision was left with me on what further treatment I would like to have.

Had a check up today, reception staff were great they even helped me with something else that wasn’t dentist related.I am afraid of the dentist due to previous dental work, I found my dentist very good, puts you at ease and takes into account my appreciation, I’m that assured I have 3 monthly check ups and have been going for last 2 years.I have also referred family members to the practice.A very happy patient
