My husband and I have been going to Dr. Z. Alam for more than 5 years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.Dr. Alam is polite, friendly, and most importantly, extremely professional. He always takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we fully understand our treatment options.Before seeing him, I visited a dentist near where we live who told me I needed to have my crown redone. When I asked if it was truly necessary, she hesitantly admitted it wasn’t — which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.In contrast, on my very first visit with Dr. Alam, he carefully examined my crown and explained that while it might need to be redone in the future, it wasn’t necessary at that time and simply needed monitoring. It has now been over 5 years, and his advice was absolutely right.Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Alam has never pressured me into unnecessary treatment. Dr Zulfikar, is an outstanding Dr, im a nervous patient, but he has always been kind and considerate to my needs, if I feel any pain he stops immediately until I'm ready to proceed. He talks to you as a person and explains what needs to be done in terms you understand 💯 just hope he never leaves. Would definitely recommend this practice. The receptionists are kind and welcoming also.
