Depending on the plan offered, your membership may include services such as:

• Routine dental examinations.
• Dental X-rays when clinically required.
• Dental hygiene appointments.
• Preventive dental advice.
• Other treatments specified in your agreement.

We will explain exactly what is included before you join.

Treatments such as dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and laboratory-made restorations may not be included, or additional fees may apply.

Exclusions vary between plans, so you should check your individual agreement and membership documents.

The monthly fee depends on the plan you select and, for certain plans, your assessed dental needs.

Our team will explain the available options and confirm the monthly cost before you join.

Denplan is primarily a dental payment plan for specified care provided by your registered dentist. Some plans may also include or offer access to additional insurance benefits, subject to separate terms, limits and exclusions.

To join, you will normally need to:

• Arrange an appointment at Castle Bromwich Dental Care.
• Have your dental health assessed.
• Discuss the plans available.
• Review what is included and excluded.
• Complete your application and Direct Debit details.

Some plans may require outstanding treatment to be completed before membership begins.

You can cancel your membership in accordance with the terms and notice period set out in your Denplan agreement. Please review your membership documents or speak to our reception team for guidance.
